Tuning files for professionals – in minutes.
You run a business and read ECUs yourself, but have no in-house software development? Via our file service portal you upload the original file, it gets modified, and you flash the finished file. For trade customers only.
The files are produced by our own calibration and software development. No third-party supplier, but SMN know-how with in-house development and our own dyno.

Frequently asked questions
Depending on the engine and ECU, we fine-tune torque request, boost pressure, ignition and injection to work together, among other parameters. Technical condition, fuel quality and intended use all feed into the development.
Yes. Changes to the intake, charge-air cooling, exhaust system or turbocharger are taken into account in the calibration. The aim is controllable power delivery across a usable rev range.
Yes. We respect the thermal and mechanical limits of the engine, turbocharger, gearbox and cooling system. Functions relevant to component protection remain active, and torque build-up stays controlled.
On our all-wheel-drive dyno we check the power and torque development and assess the relevant operating data – besides peak power, also the torque curve, throttle response and behaviour under load. The result is documented transparently.
Our own guarantee programme, available even for a pure software map optimisation without additional hardware. Within the agreed guarantee terms, it also covers damage to the engine and drivetrain that is demonstrably caused by our performance upgrade. Scope, term, requirements and exclusions depend on the package chosen; vehicle age and mileage are taken into account.
